Wednesday Verses ~ Works of the Flesh

“Moreouer the workes of the flesh are manifest, which are adulterie, fornication, vncleannes, wantonnes, Idolatrie, witchcraft, hatred, debate, emulations, wrath, contentions, seditions, heresies” (Galatians 5:19, 20 1587 Geneva Version). 

Father, safe within Your love, Spirit, and our clinging to You shelters us from such evils. And if we fall on any account, but not habitually sinning, we can ask for Your forgiveness in a sincere heart. Through Christ we are saved by his death and resurrection. We ask all through His name.
