Wednesday Verses ~ Sixth Seal

“And I behelde when hee [Christ] had opened the sixt [sixth] seale, and loe, there was a great earthquake, and the sunne was as blacke as sackecloth of heare [hair], & the moone was like blood. And the starres of heauen fell vnto the earth, as a figge [fig] tree casteth her greene figges when it is shaken of a mightie winde” (Revelation 6:12, 13 1587 Geneva Version). 

Father, is this a time to come or has it passed? Is this a figure of speech? Is this the fall of Jerusalem and its destruction of the temple back in 70 A.D.? Please open our eyes to Your Truth. Through Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
