Wednesday Verses ~ Baptizing with Water

“This is he [Lamb of God] of whom I [John the Baptist] said, ‘After me cometh a man, which was before me: for he was better then I.’ And I knew him not: but because he should be declared to Israel, therefore am I come, baptizing with water” (John 1:30, 31 [1587 Geneva Version]). 

Father, please help us to remember to call out to You during times of trouble. To praise you in joyful and difficult days. In Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
