Thursday Verses ~ Son of God

“So John bare record, saying, ‘I beheld that Spirit come down from heauen, like a doue, and it abode vpon him [Christ], And I knew him not: but he [Father God] that sent me to baptize with water, he said vnto me, ‘Upon whom thou shalt see that Spirit come down, and tarry still on him, that is he which baptizes with the holy Ghost.’ And I saw, and bare record that this is that Son of God'” (John 1:32-34 [1587 Geneva Version]). 

Father, we cannot give You glory enough for what You did to sacrifice Your only Son on the cross. It is in Christ’s holy name we pray that we give You our whole hearts and souls. Hallelujah~
