Tuesday Verses ~ Great Riches

“For in one houre [hour] so great riches are come to desolation; euery [every] shipmaster, and all the people that occupie [occupy] shippes, and shipmen, and whosoeuer [whosoever] traffike on the sea, shall stand a farre off. And crie [cry], when they see that smoke of that her burning, saying, What citie [city] was like vnto this great citie” (Rev. 18:17, 18 [1587 Geneva Version]? 

Father, an hour in Your time could be days, weeks, months, or years. Thank You for Your holy Word to guide us daily, and to help keep us from temptation. In Christ’s holy name we are glad. Hallelujah~
