I hope everyone had a good week. Mine has been interesting to say the least. This Friday’s article will be short as I’m having to sit on the sofa and ice my knee at least every two hours.

It takes six of these fine people to prepare my books for the reading audience. I hire one of the illustrators and choose that illustrator for whom I think fits the book I’m working on. Especially for the style I have in mind for a wrap around book cover. Everyone else pitches in and does their part for each book project.

I’m grateful for their willingness to teach me, work with me, and bring about product necessary to draw readers and keep them reading.
