“Then was giuen me a reede [reed], like vnto a rod, and the Angel stoode by, saying, ‘Rise and mete [measure] the Temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. But the court which is without the temple cast out, and mete it not: for it is giuen vnto the Gentiles, and the holy citie shall they treade vnder foote [tread under foot] two and fourtie moneths [months]‘” (Revelation 11:1, 2 1587 Geneva Version).
Father, was this the prophecy of the temple in Jerusalem being destroyed in 70 A.D.? Please open our eyes to Your truth. Through Christ we ask. Thank You~
