Tuesday Verses

“Then Paul answered, ‘What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be imprisoned but even to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.’ And since he would not be persuaded, we ceased and said, ‘Let the will of the Lord be done'” (Acts 21:13, 14 ESV). 

Father, are we willing to be imprisoned and to die for the name of Lord Jesus? Have we come to that place in our spiritual growth? You know, Father, if we are still infants in Christ or if we are seasoned in Christ. Help us to search our hearts daily to see how more we may please You. In Jesus’ holy name we ask. Amen
