Thursday Verses ~ Babylon

“And shall stand a farre [far] off for feare of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great citie Babylon, that mightie citie: for in one houre [hour] is thy iudgemet come. And the marchants [merchants] of the earth shall weepe and wayle ouer [wail over] her: for no man byeth [buys] their ware any more” (Rev. 18:10, 11 [1587 Geneva Version]). 

Father, here is an example of Your wrath upon evil. Please protect us from the devil’s evil deeds against us that we are not led astray. In Christ’s holy name we ask. Hallelujah~
