Monday Verses ~ He Must Increase

“He [Jesus] must increase, but I [John the Baptist] must decrease. He [Jesus] that is come from on high, is above all: he [John] that is of the earth, is of the earth, and speaketh of the earth: he that is come from heaven, is above all” (John 3:30, 31 [1587 Geneva Version]). 

Father, John the Baptist had a purpose and that was to prepare the way of Christ. Please help us to know and practice our purpose on Earth. In Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
