Monday Verse ~ Devoured Them

“And they [the wicked] went vp into the plaine [plane] of the earth, and they compassed the tents of the Saints about, & the beloued citie: but fire came down from God out of heauen, and deuoured [devoured] them” (Rev. 20:9 [1587 Geneva Version]).
