Friday Verses ~ Repented Not

“And the remnant of the men which were not killed by these plagues, repented not of the works of their handes that they should not worship deuils [devils], and idoles [idols] of golde and of siluer [silver], and of brasse, and of stone, and of wood, which neither can see, neither heare [hear] nor goe [go]. Also they repented not of their murther [murder], and of their sorcerie [sorcery], neither of their fornication, nor of their theft” (Revelation 9:20, 21 1587 Geneva Version). 

Father, if anyone is guilty of these sins there is forgiveness of sins through Your Son by His death, burial, and resurrection back to You. Our faith does not save us, only Christ the Lord. Our sinful lives and faith and trust in You brings us to repentance. Through Christ’s holy name we are glad. Hallelujah~
