Friday Verses ~ I Saw Thee

“Then Nathanael said vnto him [Philip], ‘Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?’ Philip said to him, ‘Come, and see.’ Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and said of him, ‘Behold in deed an Israelite, in whom is no guile.’ Nathanael said vnto him, ‘Whence [when] knewest [knew] thou me? Jesus answered, and said vnto him, ‘Before that Philip called thee, when thou was vnder the fig tree, I saw thee'” (John 1:46-48 [1587 Geneva Version]). 

Father, do You see us? Do You hear us? Do You know our hearts? Yes, because You are God and we are not! In Christ’s holy name we ask You to comfort us when we are tempted to sin. Thank You~
