Friday Verses ~ Beginning of Miracles

“Now when the gouernor of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, (for he knew not [whence where] it was [came from]: but the seruants, which drew the water, knew) the gouernor of ye feast called the bridegroom, And said vnto him, ‘All men at the beginning set forth good wine, and when men haue well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept back the good wine vntil now.’ This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana a town of Galilee, and shewed forth his glory: and his disciples belieued on him. After that, he went down into Capernaum, he & his mother, and his brethren [brothers or cousins], and his disciples: but they continued not many days there” (John 2:9-12 [1587 Geneva Version]). 

Father, thank You for giving us this week of blessings and any hardships we may have endured. As followers of Your Son, we will suffer for the cause of Christ. In His holy name we are joyful. Hallelujah~
