Wednesday Verses ~ Took My Leave

“Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ’s Gospell, and a doore was opened vnto me of the Lord. I had no rest in my spirit, because I founde not Titus my brother, but tooke my leaue of them, and went away into Macedonia” (2 Corinthians 2:12, 13 1587 Geneva Bible).

Father, is there a time to not go forward without someone we need to help us teach the gospel? Is it this way if we need that person whom the hearer/hearers trust more than we ourselves? Please show us Your meaning here. Through Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
