“This only would I learne of you, Receiued ye the Spirit by the workes of the Lawe [Old Testament], or by the hearing of faith preached [Christ’s teachings]? Are ye so foolish, that after ye haue begun in the Spirit, ye would now be made perfect by the flesh” (Galations 3:2, 3 1587 Geneva Version)?
Father, help us to not go back to “religion” or other teachings of men after we have accepted Christ as our Savior. Through Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
