Wednesday Verses

“Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh” (Romans 1:1-3 KJV). 

Father, when You say ‘separated unto the gospel’ does this mean we are singled out when we believe and do Your will? As Your gospel teaches, ‘We are in the world but not of the world’. Please help us to be kind to others and in our hearts to know we are here for such a time as this. In Jesus’ holy name, we ask. Amen
