Wednesday Verses

“For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good” (Romans 7:14-16 KJV).

Father, because of Adam and Eve’s sin in the garden, sin now reigns in our mortal minds. We do not want to consent to sin, because it is not Your desire for us. It is Your desire that we please You and only You, making Your Grace our law. In Christ’s name, we ask for Your help. Amen
