Tuesday Verses ~ We Perish Not

“But we haue this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellencie of that power might be of God, and not of vs. Wee are afflicted on euery side, yet are we not in distresse: we are in doubt, but yet wee despaire not. We are persecuted, but not forsaken: cast downe, but we perish not” (2 Corinthians 4:7-9 1587 Geneva Bible).

Father God, help us to remember to ask for forgiveness when we sin. We know we sin when the Holy Spirit nudges us that we have done so and when we go against Your holy Word. Through Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
