Tuesday Verses ~ Committed to Paul
“But by them which seemed to be great, I [Paul] was not taught (whatsoeuer they were in time passed, I am nothing the better: God accepteth no mans person) for they that are the chiefe, did adde nothing to me aboue that I had [only the Lord added]. But contrariwise, when they saw that ye Gospel ouer ye vncircumcision [Gentiles] was comitted vnto me, as the Gospel ouer ye circumcision [Judeans] was vnto Peter” (Galatians 2:6, 7 1587 Geneva Version).
Father, You taught Paul what he must do with the Gentile Nations. Peter was taught to reach Judea [otherwise known in modern times as ‘Jews’]. As these two men had their work, so do we. Please help us to go with each work You give to us in spreading the Gospel of life of Your dear Son. Through Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
