Tuesday Verses ~ Charity Suffers Long
“And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up.” (1 Corinthians 13:3, 4 KJV).
Father, we need Your Word as it guides us through life on earth. In the joyful times and in the harsh times. And as the Word teaches us for a life in Heaven with You forever. Through Christ’s holy name we are grateful.
