Tuesday Verses

“Thou wilt say then, ‘The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in’. Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear” (Romans 11:19, 20 KJV).

Father, does fear here mean “respect”? Or does it mean “fearful” of us thinking we are better than they? Lord, I do wonder if this means both. Please give us an understanding, Father, and keep us humble. In Christ’s name, we ask. Amen
