Tuesday Verse~Freely Given

“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God” (1Corinthians 2:12 KJV). 

Father, You have given us the free gift of salvation and forgiveness of sins. We cannot earn it. We cannot work for it. Your Son died for us, and His shed blood saves us. Only then can baptism follow as well as our changed hearts. In Christ’s name, we are joyful~
