Tuesday Verse

“For he [magistrate] is the minister of God to thee for good . But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil [and not to harm the law abiding citizens] ” (Romans 13:4 KJV).

Father, are not the followers of Your Son being persecuted by the magastrates when we have done no evil? Please hear us and help us in our times of need against tyranny. Always though, If it be Your perfect will. In Christ’s name, we ask. Amen
