Thursday Verses ~ Fear of the Judaens

“And when Peter was come to Antiochia, I withstood him to his face: for he was to be condemned. For before that certaine came fro [from James] Iames, he [Peter] ate with the Gentiles: but when they [James] were come, he withdrew & separated himselfe, fearing them which were of the Circumcision [Judaens]” (Galations 2:11, 12 1587 Geneva Version).

Father, is this what we do? Not sure of Your will for lack of faith? Or care more what others think to fully do Your will in our lives? Peter was a coward on this subject, even though he did love his Savior deeply. We too, love, but we are weak and sin in our weakness of faith. Help us Lord. Through Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
