Thursday Verses ~ Bodily Presence

“This I say, that I may not seeme as it were to feare you with letters. For the letters, sayeth hee, are sore and strong, but his bodily presence is weake, and his speache is of no value” (2 Corinthians 10:9, 10 1587 Geneva Version).

Father, Paul wrote powerfully rather than he spoke. For some of us maybe we are the same and are able to comfort others with cards, letters, and of course our prayers. Through Christ’s holy name we are glad. Hallelujah~
