Thursday Verses

“And with many other words he [Peter] bore witness and continued to exhort them, saying, ‘Save yourselves from this crooked generation.’ So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls'” (Acts 2:40, 41 ESV). 

When we read added, it means as Believers in Christ and His Church. This does not mean a church building but Church as in the people who are the body of Christ. Thank You, Father, for showing us the way to salvation so we may be with You forever in Heaven. In Jesus’ name, we are grateful. Amen
