Thursday Verses

“Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 5:20, 21 KJV).

Father, we understand that the law of Moses was not perfect and there was a more perfect law to come. The law of Christ made by Your love for all peoples and nations. Thank You, holy One, for Your Perfect Gift. In Christ’s holy name, we are glad. Amen
