Thursday Verse ~ In the Day of the Lord Jesus

“Euen as ye haue acknowledged vs partly, that we are your reioycing, euen as ye are ours, in the day of our Lord Iesus” (2 Corinthians 1:14 1587 Geneva Bible). 

Father, help us to rejoice with others when we are lifted up in joy as a Church of Jesus Christ. Please let us not forget that when in times of sorrow we also cling to You and Your Children as needed. Through Christ’s holy name we ask. Thank You~
