Thursday Verse

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28 KJV).

Father, our human nature does not always see that all things work together for good. That’s our cardinal self. But, spiritually, we know this is true. You cannot lie. And You do not abandon us in the harshest of situations. Please, Lord, show us in the hard times our purpose. In Christ’s name, we ask. Amen
