Monday Verses ~ Seraphim Angels

I enjoy the study of angels and came across this today. I thought you may enjoy this also. Other verses elsewhere state that they are also filled with fire.

Seraphim Angels

“In the yeere [year] of the death of King Vzziah [Uzziah], I saw also the Lord sitting vpon an high throne, and lifted vp, and the lower partes thereof filled the Temple. The Seraphims stoode vpon it: euery one had sixe wings: with twaine [two] he couered his face, and with twaine hee couered his feete, and with twaine he did flie [fly]. And one cryed to another, and sayde, ‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hostes: the whole world is full of his glory'” (Isaiah 6:1-3 1587 Geneva Version).

Father we are so grateful for angels. We understand they are sent by You to give messages as in Christ’s mother Mary. They protect us from harm, and they are unlike anything You have created. Through Christ’s holy name we are glad. Hallelujah~
