Monday Verse ~ Abraham’s Lineage

“Nowe to Abraham and his seede [his ancestry] were the promises made. Hee saith not, And to the seedes, as speaking of many: but, And to thy seede, as of one, which is Christ” (Galatians 3:16 1587 Geneva Version).

Father, the lineage of Abraham leads to our Savior, Your Son. We are grateful Your Word shows us in the Old Testament what leads to Christ in the New Testament. Through Christ’s holy name we are joyful. Hallelujah~
