Friday Verses

“For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in” (Romans 11:25 KJV). [for the words ‘lest ye should be wise in your own conceits’ the 1560 Geneva Bible reads ‘lest ye be ignorant of your selves’].

Father, thank You for the old Bible versions when we have concerns that a newer version may not be as clear or even correct. Help us to never stop digging deep into Your Holy Word. In Christ’s name we ask. Amen
