Friday Verse ~ Sigh and Are Burdened

“For in deede we that are in this tabernacle [body, which is the tabernacle of the Holy Spirit], sigh and are burdened, because we would not be vnclothed, but would be clothed vpon, that mortalitie might be swalowed vp of life” (2 Corinthians 5:4 1587 Geneva Bible). 

Father, our fleshly bodies are temporary and joy will come when we are in spiritual form in Heaven with You. This gives us hope if we but follow hard after You and do not despair. Through Christ Your Son’s holy name we are grateful. Hallelujah~
